Your business needs new hardware or software and requests this via the IT demand manager. That manager then talks to your IT department, compliance department and sometimes even your legal department. To prevent that your IT demand manager gets stuck in between Rescop has the consultants that will advise your IT demand manager, but also your business on the possibilities and workable situations.
When we provide advise we keep close to your business, we're hardware independed so there is no need to start new procurement processes. Also we'll check your current situation, deliver feedback and help you setting up processes to have a efficient way of working with future requests. We will make sure that your situation is GxP compliant and sustainable. If your It department or IT demand manager has limited rescoures we have the consultants to deliver this to you. We will keep the documentation up to date and compliant with your SOPS, WoW (ways of working) and your business needs.
We are a GxP compliance company, meaning our delivered approach will be founded with the correct standards providing you readiness for audits and the future.
A midsize pharmacutical company wants to test a new drug in the last phase before commercial launch. As this is tested a close contact and data exchange with the university, a hospital (their doctors) and the company is needed. Due to privacy contrains the company wants a dedicated solution with a standalone server. The internal IT department had very limited resources so Rescop was asked to deliver a server, setup the report system (according to GxP standards) and document the server, the programms and the delivered setup. From that point the internal IT department and clinical trail department should take over.
Rescop delivered a project manager to act as point of contact with the company, provided a approved server, secured it's software setup, hosting and connection via an isp. The setup of the server was documented, as well as it's access by the different users. Al was done accoording to the GxP rules and following the privacy rules as they apply.
